Yellow Beefsteak Tomatoes

Crystal Valley yellow beefsteak tomatoes bring a bright and sunny color to your meals and recipes. They have a subtler flavor / taste profile than the red varieties, and also have a very subtle “fresh tomato” aroma. Yellow beefsteak tomatoes are also much lower in acidity than red tomatoes and are a great alternative for those who find the other varieties too acidic.

Our yellow tomatoes are greenhouse grown in the US and Guatemala. We have specially selected this variety for its vibrant color and outstanding flavor.

TIPS FOR SELECTION

Look for tomatoes with a full yellow color, a smooth surface, a generally rounded shape, and firm with no obvious defects.
