Black Bean and Avocado Salsa
Ingredients:
2 Hass Avocados, Diced
1 Pint Grape Tomatoes, Halved
1 Orange Bell Pepper, Diced
1 – 15 Oz Can Black Beans, Drained
8 oz Red Onions, Diced
½ Tsp. Grated Lime Zest
½ Cup Lime Juice (2 Limes)
¼ Cup Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
½ Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
½ Tsp. Minced Garlic
¼ Tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper
Instructions:
Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl and toss well.
