Sugar Snap Peas

Most of the fresh peas sold today include sugar snap peas and snow peas. Sugar snap peas, pod fruits, were first developed in 1952 and they are a cross between the snow pea and an unusual, tightly podded pea with thick walls. Sweet and crisp and entirely edible, they are grown on a vine and are great for snacking when you want something delicious but healthy.

Crystal Valley has been growing Sugar Snaps, Snows, and English Peas since we began and they are some of our core products. We have consistent supply from Guatemala as well as Peru and Mexico and they are available year-round.
