Okra

Also known as Ladies’ Fingers or Gumbo, okra continues to increase in popularity across the United States. It has long been a favorite in southern states and dishes and offers up some little-known health benefits. Okra pods can be enjoyed fried, pickled, boiled, or sautéed and with all of these ways to try it we are happy that they are available year-round.  Crystal Valley sources its okra from Guatemala, Honduras, the United States and the Dominican Republic.
