Get Up and Go Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Cut Carrots
  • ½ Cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 oz Pomegranate Arils
  • 1/8 Cup Raw Cashews
  • 1 Cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 2 Cups Ice

Instructions:

Blend together until very smooth.
