Roasted Okra

A bowl of Roasted Okra

Ingredients:

  • 1lb Fresh Okra
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • ¼ Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tsp. Salt
  • ½ Tsp Paprika
  • Ground Pepper to Taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat an oven to 425°F
  2. Trim the bottoms and stems and then slice the okra into ½ inch pieces.
  3. In a large bowl mix the okra with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper.
  4. Add the okra to a foil lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the okra is lightly browned.
