Roasted Okra

Ingredients:
- 1lb Fresh Okra
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- ¼ Tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ Tsp. Salt
- ½ Tsp Paprika
- Ground Pepper to Taste
Instructions:
- Preheat an oven to 425°F
- Trim the bottoms and stems and then slice the okra into ½ inch pieces.
- In a large bowl mix the okra with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper.
- Add the okra to a foil lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the okra is lightly browned.
