Roasted Baby Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 8oz Fresh Baby Carrots, With Tops
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Chopped Rosemary
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Drizzle carrots with olive oil and add salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place baby carrots on a tinfoil lined baking dish.
  4. Roast for about 25-30 minutes or until soft when poked with a fork.
