Black Bean and Avocado Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 2 Hass Avocados, Diced
  • 1 Pint Grape Tomatoes, Halved
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1 – 15 Oz Can Black Beans, Drained
  • 8 oz Red Onions, Diced
  • ½ Tsp. Grated Lime Zest
  • ½ Cup Lime Juice (2 Limes)
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
  • ½ Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ Tsp. Minced Garlic
  • ¼ Tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper

Instructions:

Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl and toss well.
