Thai Guava

Unlike other guava varieties, Thai guava has a firmer texture and is usually eaten unripe and raw. These fruits are roughly the size of a grapefruit, with bumpy green skin. You can cut it like an apple or eat it whole—the skin, seeds and flesh are all edible!

For the crispest texture, select fruits that are firm and bright green.

How to Store

Store at room temperature when unripe or refrigerate when it ripens to a slight softness.
