Sugar Snap Peas

Sugar snap peas were first developed in 1952, and they are a cross between the snow pea and an unusual, tightly podded pea with thick walls. Sweet, crisp and entirely edible, they are grown on a vine and are great for snacking when you want something delicious but healthy.
