Cheeseburger Bites

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 Slices of Bacon
  • 1lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Packet Ranch Seasoning
  • 4-5 Slices American Cheese, Cut into 1-Inch Pieces
  • Iceberg or Butter Lettuce Lettuce, Cut into 1-Inch Pieces
  • 1 Pint Baby Heirloom Tomatoes, Halved
  • Pickles, Sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and add slices of bacon. Cook in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until crispy. Once done, cut the bacon into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Line second baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. In large bowl, mix the ground beef with ranch seasoning and roll into 1” balls. Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F.
  5. Once the hamburger is cooked (and still warm) add the cheese slices on top.
  6. Finally, stack the toppings onto a toothpick, tomato, pickle, lettuce, bacon, followed last by the hamburger ball.
  7. Serve with ketchup and mustard to dip.
