Snow Peas

Snow peas, also called Chinese peas, are entirely edible, bright green, and ideal for stir-frying as they cook evenly. They are not as sweet as the sugar snap pea, but rather they have a very grassy, fresh taste.

Crystal Valley has a consistent supply from Guatemala year-round and we source from Peru and Mexico seasonally.

Tips for Selection

Select snow peas that are shiny and flat, with very small peas that are barely visible through the pod.
