Roasted Baby Carrots
- 8oz Fresh Baby Carrots, With Tops
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Chopped Rosemary
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- Salt and Pepper
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Drizzle carrots with olive oil and add salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place baby carrots on a tinfoil lined baking dish.
- Roast for about 25-30 minutes or until soft when poked with a fork.
