Cheese Stuffed Baby Squash
Ingredients:
- About 20 Baby Squash (Baby Patty Pan and/or Baby Sunburst Squash Mixed to Add Color)
- 8oz Container of Soft Cheese Spread (we used Rondelé Garlic and Herbs)
Instructions:
- Rinse baby squash thoroughly and dry
- Cut off tops
- Scoop out pulp from each squash with a small teaspoon/spoon
- Add cheese with a small spoon
- Add the tops back
- Serve as an easy, gourmet appetizer or snack!
