Cheese Stuffed Baby Squash


About 20 Baby Squash (Baby Patty Pan and/or Baby Sunburst Squash Mixed to Add Color)
8oz Container of Soft Cheese Spread (we used Rondelé Garlic and Herbs)


  1. Rinse baby squash thoroughly and dry
  2. Cut off tops
  3. Scoop out pulp from each squash with a small teaspoon/spoon
  4. Add cheese with a small spoon
  5. Add the tops back
  6. Serve as an easy, gourmet appetizer or snack!
